Legally Confident — Tactically Confident is a fun and interactive course that presents tactics and case law in a way that cops can appreciate and understand. Instructed by two accomplished leaders in Ohio law enforcement (Chief Scott Hughes & Bob Meader, Esq.), this class highlights the proper response to common calls for service and legal issues that may arise.

The request includes the four mandatory topics and hours:

• Use of Force – Three hours
• Ethics Law – Two hours
• Legal Updates – Two hours
• Search and Seizure – One hour

Presented by Hamilton Township Police Chief Scott Hughes and Attorney Bob Meader, they will again bring their dynamic presentation styles to make THE hardest job in America – easier.

The topics will include traffic stops, officer safety, new case law, police misconduct and more!
